Letter to Foundation Phase Parent 20 July 2020

Dear Foundation Phase Parent /Caregiver

Please note that book collection for:
Grade 3 and Grade R learners will continue as planned on Wednesday 22 July from 7:30 to 9:30 with an added time slot from 11:00 till 13:00.
Grade 3 books are to be collected outside the hall.
Grade R books are to be collected outside the GRADE R gate as indicated.

Grade 1 and 2, the date has changed. Books must be collected for ALL learners also on Wednesday 22 July from 7:30 to 9:30 with an added time slot from 11:00 till 13:00.
Grade 1 and 2 books are to be collected outside the hall.

These books form part of the Learner Activity Packs which contains the work to be completed at home, when the learners are not at school.

PLEASE NOTE:
The Grade 3 ,A group learners started school today ( 20 July. )
The Grade 3 B group is expected tomorrow (21 July .)
The ‘ Learner Questionnaire/Passport’ will be issued to your child on his/her first day and must then return to school completed with your child thereafter.

Grade 1 and 2, B Group Learners are expected on Monday 27 July and A group on Tuesday 28 July.

Please listen to the News and Media for any changes made by the Minister or the President.

Please read the above communication carefully do not call the school or whatsapp the teachers unnecessarily to confirm .
